The PORKINATOR

So this one is a little bit of a throwback (few months), but this here “sandwich” is known as The Porkinator.

I guess “OMG3POUNDSOFVARIOUSFLAVORSOFPIGMEATONABUN” just didn’t look as good on the menu. Who knows.

Anyway, this beauty is composed of sausage (breakfast patties), ham (about an inch worth), pulled pork, bacon, cole slaw, and some onion rings. Plus a few slices of cheese to top things off. And it comes with fries.

Where did I find this, you ask? No place other than Marconi BBQ on US6 in Wellfleet, MA. My family takes a vacation down there every year, and honestly? This sandwich is better than all the beaches, ice cream, art galleries, and quaint downtown areas the Cape can muster. And I LOVE all those things.

I mean, just LOOK at how quaint that downtown is! Complete with someone parked in the crosswalk and everything!
